Accessibility Information: This is a flat in a purpose built block of 12 flats. Parking is to the rear of the building in a dedicated parking area for the flats. Approach to the flat from the car park is down a fairly steep path, approx 20m, to the door of the building. The flat is on the first floor up approx 14 standard size steps. There is no lift in the building. The flat is all on one level (no stairs within the property). All doorways are standard size and all hallways are uncluttered. The property has 2 bathrooms, the first has a bath with grab handles and the second has a shower cubicle. The flat has a very spacious lounge. Access to the balcony is through a patio door, you must step over the doorframe to access it. The bed in the first bedroom is standard size and type. The bed in the second bedroom is a double bed with a single bunk above surrounded by a metal frame. Seating in the lounge is 2 sofas and 4 dining chairs which are moveable. Walls throughout are pale with white doors and door frame’s. Lighting is good and bedside lights are provided in all bedrooms. The TV and video have remote controls; there is no phone. Power points are at approx 400mm (apart from kitchen) and light switches at approx 1500mm.
